But if you’re feeling overwhelmed about stepping into a million square feet of automobile awesomeness, here’s an exclusive peek into what to be looking out for from some of Northwest Indiana’s top car dealers (And you'll be surprised what's turning a couple experts' heads):

Thomas Little ( Harbor Buick GMC): "Check out  the 2017 GMC Acadia. It has an optional 5 or 7 passenger seating capabilities as well as FWD or AWD 4cyl or 6cyl options which makes it extremely versatile and very fun."

Matt Magnuson (La Porte Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM): "The 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Minivan. All of its innovative new safety and driving features make it seriously a game changer."

John Zembillas (BoBB Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM): "I am also very excited about the new Chrysler Pacifica, which has a Hybrid edition. It will be the first electric minivan/multipurpose vehicle. It will arrive in the showroom later this summer. But, of course any time you go to a show like this you have to be looking forward to seeing the Dodge muscle showing out. When you're there be sure to give the Viper and Hellcat series a visit."

Andrew Dorgan (Sauers Auto): "If you haven't seen the International Auto Show's 'Best In Show', the 2016 Lincoln Continental, then this is the time to see why attendees voted it the hottest car coming out to the market. It's stylish, fast, and comes with all the class you would expect from a Lincoln."

Mitchell Weiner (Southlake Nissan): "The new Nissan Maxima. If you're looking for a luxury sports car, the Maxima has everything you could want from the other cars and a lot more. But the best part is you can get it for a lot less cost."

Tom Seely (Thomas KIA of Highland): "If you haven't checked out a KIA lately then you're in for a surprise when you take a look at the 2016 Optima. Pure luxury at the most affordable price. Definitely worth a look at the show."
