These two locations will operate immediately and help support the company’s newly constructed plant at 2165 NW 17th Avenue in Miami, FL.

History was made on Thursday morning as Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb traveled to Michigan City to sign into law House Bill 1144, which establishes and permits the South Shore Line's main line double tracking and the West Lake Corridor improvement rail projects.

Holladay Properties, Michigan City Development Organizations Gather to Break Ground on New 64,000 sq/ft Haskell Building
On Tuesday, Holladay Properties hosted a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the start of construction of the Haskell Building, a 64,000 square foot multi-tenant speculative light industrial building that’s a part of the new AmeriPlex-Marquette business park being built in Michigan City.
The Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District (NICTD), operator of the South Shore Line, today announced modified station plans for its West Lake Corridor Project. “We have appreciated the robust public involvement in our West Lake Corridor Project, and have updated our station plans based on extensive community input,” said Michael Noland, President. “We thank everyone who has commented on the project for sharing their thoughts and concerns,” he added.
