Marquette Catholic High School Named 4 Star School Once Again!

mchs-open-houseMarquette Catholic High School Principal, James G. White announces that the Superintendent of Public Instruction, Glenda Ritz has again named Marquette Catholic High School a four star school. In order to be named a Four Star school, a school must be in the top 25th percentile of schools in three ISTEP-based categories and ECA state exams, as well their rating determined by the national No Child Left Behind statute's Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP).

Ritz recognized the hard work of teachers, administrators, students and parents in achieving the designation.

Mr. White states, “I agree wholeheartedly with Superintendent Ritz. It is the hard work of many that afford us this achievement. Marquette’s faith-based, college preparatory curriculum and focus on student learning creates an environment where only success can ensue. I am extremely proud of our entire Marquette community as we continue to accomplish great things.”
