Boston Middle School Eighth Grade Awards Night 2014

2014-boston-middle-school-honors-nightBoston Middle School’s Eighth Grade Awards Night took place on Monday, April 21st. The show started off with a talk by Mrs. Deb Carter, Boston Middle School Principal. That was followed by music by several of the students. LaPorte’s Mayor, Blair Milo, was a guest speaker. A slide show presentation was viewed by all.

The students recognized for their accomplishments were:

Perfect Attendance for five semesters at Boston were: Cameron Davis, Nichole Flowers, and Suleima Reyes.

All “A” students for five semesters were also recognized.
They were Tyler Bensz, Blake Cornett, Madelyn Dowty, Christian Ferrara, Sarah Gillen, Lauren Kaminski, Sam Koethe, Jacqueline Leal, Rylee Ogle, Payal Patel, Gracelyn Pavy, Rylee Penziol, Kayla Peo, Trevor Perry, Bethany Schuster, Hannah Schuster, Emily Wilmsen, Talya Wolf, and Abigail Zila.

In addition all “A & B” students for five semesters were recognized.
Those students were Brandon Aquino, Carter Bernth, Cassandra Bierl, Jonathan Burns, Juliette Camacho, Tayla Colston, Eden Dolezal, Andrew Feikes, Nichole Flowers, Audrey Foster, Juan Garcia, Adam Gasaway, Mark Haines, Zoya Harris, Joseph Hatfield, Megan Huss, Arika Kasper, Kyle Kirkpatrick, Justic Kutch, Jonah Lazarz, Lea Lilly, Paige Loeffler, Adam Manering, Noah Mathias, Samantha Menke, Bailey Mumaw, Riley Naughton, Anna Nelson, Drayson Nespo, Kaelyn Oman, Emily Osowski, Jayme Osowski, Benjamin Owens, Kaitlyn Parsons, Hannah Payne, Rebecca Payton, Audrey Pletcher, Taylor Pletcher, Meghan Pointon, Autumn Prast, Bailey Scott, Grace Siefker, Patsy Stacy, Michael Steele, Linda Tharpe, Kaitlyn Waldschmidt, and Amethyst Worthey.

After the presentation, refreshments were served in the Boston cafeteria. Students received their certificates and envelopes filled with items donated by several local businesses.
