The Harmony House/CASA Program of La Porte County and the La Porte County Department of Child Services (DCS) collaborate to raise awareness of child abuse prevention in La Porte County. Magistrate Nancy Gettinger; Karen Biernacki, Executive Director of Harmony House/ CASA; and Michelle Goebel, Director of La Porte County DCS - addressed more than 40 community members on child abuse and neglect that happens in locally in La Porte County.
