The Franciscan St. Anthony Health-Michigan City Guild of Volunteers seeks to boost its ranks to help better serve the hospital and its patients.
The volunteer program gives community members an outlet to join the hospital's mission and commitment to patient care, said Shirley Sjoberg manager of Volunteer Services.
“Volunteering at Franciscan St. Anthony Health can provide an opportunity to renew old friendships and make new friends. Whether you'd like to spend a few hours per month, or several hours per week, being a volunteer can be an enjoyable, rewarding commitment,” she said.
