Pine School will be celebrating Earth Day by unveiling a special bench made entirely out of recycled bottles and containers.
When: Earth Day - Tuesday, April 22, 1:00 pm CT
Where: Pine Elementary School, 1660 County Line Road
What: "Caps for Benches" project unveiling ceremony
Who: 3rd grade classes (approximately 50 students) and Principal Scott Braun
The program will include some background about the purpose/process of the project, kids will sing a Native American song, liaison from LaPorte (Bobby Newman) will be there - he collected/donated huge bags of caps for the bench project
