Every April, Dunebrook joins with organizations across the nation to recognize Child Abuse Prevention Month. We hope you'll join us and invite your family, friends and colleagues for these activities:
April 6 - 11 - Al's Supermarkets Register Event
Donate $1.00 or more at check-out at any Al's locations in Michigan City or LaPorte and write your name on a paper boy or girl for display at Al's to show your support of child abuse prevention.
April 6 - Fannie May Give Back
Load up on your Easter and Mother's Day treats and support Dunebrook. Voucher available at www.dunebrook.org. Good from 4pm-8pm.
April 12 - Buffalo Wild Wings Give Back, Valparaiso
Stop in Buffalo Wild Wings at 212 E. Lincolnway, Valparaiso between 5 pm - 8pm, and a percentage of all meals purchased will be donated to Dunebrook. Dine in or carryout. Voucher available at www.dunebrook.org
April 15-21 - ACE Hardware Register Event, La Porte & Michigan City locations.
Donate $1.00 or more at check out and write your name on a paper boy or girl for display at ACE Hardware to share your support of child abuse prevention.
April 22 - Dunebrook "On the Air" Breakfast & Open House
WEFM 95.9fm's "Fun in Michiana" returns to Dunebrook at 9:00 am. Chat with Dunebrook Executive Director Jeanne Ann Cannon, visit with staff and tour Dunebrook.
April 26 - Buffalo Wild Wings Give Back, La Porte
Stop in Buffalo Wild Wings between 5pm - 8pm and a percentage of all meals purchased will be donated to Dunebrook. Dine in or carryout. No voucher necessary.
April 29 - Prevent Child Abuse Porter County Awareness Walk
Meet at the Porter County Courthouse in Valparaiso; walk to Butterfield Pavilion on Calumet and back to Courthouse by 10:00 am. Rain, snow or shine
