Trick or Treat has been moved to November 1st due to the weather.
Mayor Blair Milo wants to remind everyone that Trick or Treat in La Porte will be on Thursday, October 31st from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
If you want to participate in Trick or Treat, please turn on your outside porch lights during these hours to let the children know that you will be handing out treats.
The Mayor stated: “Trick or Treat is always a fun time in La Porte. Please turn on your porch light if you have treats to hand out. Remember to make sure that the kiddies can see and be seen in their costumes. All the folks out there on the road, please take extra care, slow down and be watchful for kids running across street. Together we can make this a fun, but safe event for everyone.”
