Fans of the movie “It’s a Wonderful Life” will enjoy the Elston Middle School’s production of this holiday classic.
George Bailey (Alex Davis) is the everyman from the small town of Bedford Falls, whose dreams of escape and adventure have been repeatedly squashed by notions of family obligation and civic duty. It is Christmas Eve and George’s guardian angel, Clarence (Olyvia Miller), descends to save him from despair and reminds him that he has had, after all, a wonderful life.
Don’t miss this sparkling and magical play performed by Elston Middle School students, under the direction of teachers Jennifer Markovich (Director) and Kara Curran (Assistant Director). Performances are Friday, November 30 and Saturday, December 1 at 7:00 p.m. in the Elston auditorium. Cost is $5.00.
