So many exciting things going on at the Griffith Branch YMCA! The Y and St. Margaret Health of Franciscan Alliance has teamed up to offer a free Cardiovascular Risk Assessment for adults age 20 or older who are either without insurance or under-insured.
This free program is open to all adults over the age of 20 who are without insurance or are underinsured.
Sign up now and learn your numbers and how to reduce your risk of having a cardiac event.
A survey will be issued to identify individual risk factors for coronary heart diesease. This is a volunteer program.
