Run For Our Parks under the beautiful fall colors of Soldiers Memorial Park.
Run a great course, enjoy the fall colors and help keep our parks beautiful! The City of La Porte Park and Recreation Department will host its second annual Run For Our Parks 10K/5K at 9 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, in Soldiers Memorial Park.
The entry fee is $25 and includes t-shirt (while supply lasts unless choosing the “without t-shirt†option), chip timing, race number and post-race snack. Proceeds benefit City of La Porte Park and Recreation Department. Overall and age group awards to be presented.
