Valparaiso City Council approved a tax abatement request for a 65,000 sf multi-tenant building that is being proposed just north of Indiana Beverage off SR 49. The building can accommodate up to 6 tenants with suites ranging from 7,500 sf or larger depending on needs. This building will fill a niche in the greater Valparaiso area that is currently not being meet in the marketplace. Businesses will have the flexibility to expand and grow in a state-of-the-art building that has visibility and easy access to SR 49.
