La Porte kicked off the holiday season in style, with the annual Santa Parade the weekend after Thanksgiving. The event also featured a screening of the movie Prancer, coloring contest, tree lighting ceremony, train rides, vendors selling good, and most importantly, visits with the man in red himself.
